Being that we are mostly United States players, we only have a few options.

Poker Stars
Full Tilt Poker
Ultimate Bet
Absolute Poker

Let's start some discussion about which online poker sites you prefer and why.

pokerstars is by far the best imo...lots of tournies...excellent structure...

UB is ok but resource intensive on the ole pc, much like party was...excellent structure....

full tilt is decent but I think that site just hates me, for whatever reasons...hate the structure however

absolute is full of donkeys, but then again, im a low stakes player so...whatever...structure is good tho

I've only played four sites ... Poker Room, Party Poker, Stars and Full Tilt. Don't play the Room or Party anymore. And, I uninstalled Full Tilt this week.

I have the same feeling ... I was not going to be allowed to win significant money on there again. I could lose with quads to a bigger quads.

Down to Stars, but since I have about 10 cents in my account, no worries!

Poker Stars is my fave.  I don't like the goofy animation on Full Tilt and they only have those set avatars instead of letting you put your own photo up.  I also felt that I encountered some unusually bad beats on Tilt...outrageous things really.....I also had quads beat by quads on Tilt.  I used to play on Doyle's Room but they stopped serving the US.  I could never get a working download on Absolute.  Poker Stars is now the only site I play....so when I win the WSOP I guess I will do one of those Poker Stars commercials about having a nicer bracelet or something.  Cool huh!

I played on Bodog Poker the other night.  They have $1000 and $500 dollar freerolls.  It is an okay sight and I hear they get a lot of fish because they get the gamblers that are trying poker out.  Of course, I am still a fish myself.

I was able to deposit using my visa card which typically hasn't been very poker site friendly.  Also you get a 10% bonus for setting up an account.

The jury is still out on this sight for me, but I like the larger freerolls.  I play mostly at Poker Stars but it is a good switch and I don't have to run out and do a money gram.

If you try it out I would appreciate it if you would enter my referral code: PC2BAF7.

I have played on Poker Stars and Full Tilt. Personally, I prefer Full Tilt. I'm kinda funny about being able to choose my avatar and last I played PS, you didn't have that option and I always felt like I played worse if I looked funny. Plus, I like being able to change the scenery at FT. I know, silly reasons but there you go.

This is a very nice well run poker room, one of the nicest poker rooms I have ever been in. This is a nice poker room even by Vegas standers. However there is one thing I should mention, like most Indian Casinos in Oklahoma, there in no alcohol.
